 Designation: Key Account Manager

Key Duties : - Responsible for any / all of the following processes in Business Cycle Management :
a. Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers)
b. Setting Appointments
c. Need Analysis (gaining information about the customer)
d. Determine Client’s Solution
e. Written Proposal/Document
f. Decision making & negotiation, Deal closure
g. After Sales support
h. Cross Sell & Upsell Opportunities

- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Maintaining a database of contact information
- Collaborating well with all stakeholders involved in the sales process
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship in order to generate recurring revenue.
